Does poppi need to be refrigerated?
While poppi is shelf-stable, we highly recommend refrigerating our cans upon arrival. It is best enjoyed ice-cold for the most refreshing flavor and crisp carbonation.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Is poppi vegan and gluten-free?
